Grivantia, Leviathan World
Within the Constellation Taurus, beyond the outer rim of the Milky Way, lies the galactic globular cluster, RiqˇDas. 50,000ly in diameter, it has become the primary focus for study in the 26th century. Beyond the orbit of Mars, three of the most powerful interferometric telescopes yet devised train intensely on the strange cluster filled with ancient stars. Coherent emissions are detected in a trinary system near the outer edge.

An Alien World Unfolds
Within the Constellation Taurus, beyond the outer rim of the Milky Way, lies the galactic globular cluster, RiqˇDas. 50,000 l.y. in diameter. In one small region near its outer edge where a trinary system formed nearly 250 million years before the Sol system had begun to coalesce, two stars now remain, Shiy^Lasha and Txeron.
The Leviathan world of Grivantia orbits Shiy^Lasha. Over eight times the size of Earth, it is inhabited by the ancient race called Gaonz. They are highly advanced, having achieved the equivalent of the Industrial Revolution 1.48 million years ago. They originally came from their sister world, Qô, where they once had nearly destroyed all life. Grivantia has vast shallow oceans and many inland seas surrounded by enormous 'contislands' (continental islands). Most of Grivantia's contislands would encompass all land on Earth.
